Shipping Policy

1. 416LEDS product stock

416LEDS tries to keep all products listed on our store in stock. If there is an issue with stock counts on our website when an order is placed, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about the back-ordered items. You may choose to wait for the items to be restocked or we can issue a refund. If you choose to wait for the items to come back in stock, we, 416LEDS, will cover partial cost of the shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase order. The shipping price shown is what the customer will pay.

3. Returns

416LEDS will accept returns on items that are in original packaging, not installed, and in resellable condition. A return request will have to be performed within 14 days of purchase.

Return shipping will have to be covered and arranged by the customer.

Once the item is in 416LEDS posession, we will test the item and then proceed with providing the customer with store credit for furture purchase. Refunded amount will only be for the product purchase price.

4. Warranty Returns

416LEDS will honor valid warranty claims that are submitted within the products listed warranty period.

Customers are to first contact us to start the warranty process before returning an item. We will try our best to correct the issue. In the event an item is defective, the customer is to ship the item back to us, which we will reimburse upon a valid warranty claim.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will be given the choice to be refunded or to be sent a replacement item.

5. Delivery

All delivery times could be impacted due to Covid-19. We try our best to ship each order out as quick as possible.

Domestic Travel Times:

Domestic shipment can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

International Travel Times:

International shipment can take anywhere from 3 to 14 days.

6. Taxes and Duties

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the product, what you see is what you pay + shipping.

Importation duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer to cover.
